I'm Eva Pallister and I was born and raised in Switzerland - now living in Southampton, UK.
My Reiki journey started when I went to my first Reiki attunement nearly 30 years ago in Switzerland. I've listened to two of my late mum's best friends sharing their experience and wanted to learn myself. I barely used it after the course, sometimes I remembered and treated myself a bit.
After I moved to England and had my own children, I realised that my babies settled a lot quicker in my arms when I "switched" it on. But being a busy mum, I did not pursue my old interest.
In the same time I had to deal with my own personal trauma, I came across a lady in my area who advertised a course for the second Reiki attunement and the rest, as they say, is history.
After qualifying as a Reiki Master Practicioner in June 2021, I decided to set up my own studio from home and offer my treatments.

Reiki is an ancient energy healing from Japan. A healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

HOW
MY SERVICES
Face to face
in my studio
Join me in my studio and relax. We will have a confidential chat why you are coming to see me. I will treat you while you lay down. I am not touching you but can feel your energy. At the end I will tell you what I felt and often your and my experience will link and give you an insight where the healing focused.
Distance direct
via video call
It's basically the same as if you would come to my studio but from the comfort of your home. We will have a video chat and then you will lay down comfortably and relax while I treat you. Again, we will catch up in the end and link our experience.

Reiki does not know time or location. It is as effective like you would come to see me.
I generally do it at night. It works in particular well with children as they are asleep, therefore relaxed and not anxious about what I do.
I only send reiki to children with the parent's consent.

Cancellation policy:
If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. Discretion will be used for emergencies.
